These terms apply when ordering printing and related services from PrintSmart. An order is placed when you complete checkout. Please check your selected size, printing type, paper, finishing, quantity, delivery method and uploaded files before submitting the order. Prices shown on PrintSmart are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. The total price is shown before the order is submitted. You are responsible for uploading the correct and final file. Files should have suitable resolution, page size, orientation and content for the selected print service. Colours on printed material may differ slightly from colours displayed on a phone, tablet or computer screen. Minor variations in colour, positioning and trimming can occur during normal printing and finishing. Printing is normally produced specifically from the customer's selected options and supplied files. Cancellation or return rights may therefore be limited once production of a customised order has started, subject to applicable consumer law. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. An order may be held until the required payment has been received or authorised. Free pickup is available at Thorsgade 2 kl, 2200 København N. Please collect the order after it is ready for pickup. Delivery charges are shown during checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Delivery times may be affected by the carrier or circumstances outside PrintSmart's control. If an order is damaged, incorrect or has a production defect, contact us as soon as possible with the order details and, where relevant, photos showing the issue so it can be assessed. You must have the necessary rights or permission to reproduce the material you submit. PrintSmart may refuse material that is unlawful or cannot legally be reproduced.
